Barista / Coffee Expert

About the role

Amalfii Cafe is seeking passionate Baristas / Coffee Experts with knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso preparation, and café operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, and mochas.
• Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders professionally.
• Maintain coffee quality, consistency, presentation, and taste.
• Demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage coffee inventory.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista or Coffee Expert preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced café environment.
• Passion for coffee quality and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques.
• Ability to perform latte art and milk steaming.

• Salary PKR 50,000–70,000 per month, depending on experience.
