About the role
Provide inbound and outbound customer support for U.S. clients, handling calls, texts, emails, and administrative tasks during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from U.S. customers.
- Book appointments, manage schedules, and send confirmations, updates, and follow‑ups.
- Resolve complaints, reschedule requests, and urgent issues.
- Perform admin work, data entry, and record keeping.
Required profile
- 2+ years in a voice‑based customer support role for U.S. or international campaigns.
- Clear, neutral accent understandable to U.S. callers and fluent spoken English.
- Professional written English for emails, texts, and chats.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and ability to work full‑time night shifts, weekends, and U.S. holidays.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Comfortable using CRMs and working across multiple screens.
