Night Shift Limousine Customer Care Agent (English Required)

About the role

The Limousine Customer Care Agent works night shifts on‑site in Lahore, handling all customer interactions for a limousine service. The role requires fluent English communication and a focus on delivering personalized, timely support to passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls and messages from customers.
• Assist with bookings, schedule changes, and provide accurate service information.
• Manage inquiries, complaints, and coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Confirm ride details and send timely updates to customers.
• Document all interactions in the system and uphold service quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and personalized service.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in transportation or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts on‑site in Lahore.
• Basic computer literacy; high school diploma minimum.
• Prior call‑center experience is an advantage.
