About the role
We are looking for a motivated Night Shift Sales Agent to contact potential US‑based clients during US business hours. The role involves outbound outreach, explaining service packages, and converting leads into sales while working from our Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal office.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential US clients via phone, email and other channels.
- Explain service packages and address client queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Record client interactions accurately in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Persuasive and convincing communication style.
