Nutrition Specialist - Infant Nutrition

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Nutrition Specialist (Infant Nutrition) in Lahore. You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals by giving them accurate, science-based information on infant nutrition solutions, strictly aligned with the WHO Code and local regulations. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and paramedical staff, through structured engagements.
• Deliver scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, highlighting features, benefits and appropriate use in line with compliance guidelines.
• Position Nestlé as a credible source of information on infant and maternal nutrition.
• Execute territory plans to ensure optimal coverage, engagement frequency and impact.
• Drive ethical market share growth within the legitimate prescription space (in the absence of breastfeeding).
• Plan and run scientific activities such as group presentations, speaker sessions and roundtables, and support participation in medical conferences and forums.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions in CRM systems and monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and prescribing behaviour.
• Work with internal teams on communication objectives and plans, and look after company assets and materials.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of prior experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical detailing.
• Ability to build relationships with and influence healthcare professionals.
• Track record of working independently in dynamic, challenging environments.
• Experience organising scientific engagements or medical activities.

Required skills

• Strong communication, planning and execution skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive and accountable approach.

Compliance and ethics

• Strict adherence to the WHO Code and the Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes is mandatory.
• No direct or indirect engagement with pregnant women or mothers of infants in a business capacity.
• All activities must follow Nestlé policies and ethical standards.
