About the role
Rarlon Tech is seeking a professional and organized individual to join its Islamabad office as an Office Administrator and Front Desk Receptionist. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support and assistance to the Sales Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain correspondence and support overall office administration.
- Assist the Sales Director with document preparation, meeting coordination and other administrative tasks.
- Perform general office duties to ensure efficient daily operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Relevant experience in administrative or reception roles.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
