About the role

The Usman Public School System, which grew from 1989 to 53 campuses serving more than 25,500 students, is hiring a full-time, on-site OLevels Teacher in Karachi. The school integrates Islamic moral values and basic ethics into its education while maintaining high academic standards. The teacher plans and delivers OLevels lessons, prepares instructional materials and keeps an engaging classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver OLevels curriculum lessons and prepare instructional materials
• Assess student performance, give constructive feedback and support learners with diverse academic needs
• Take part in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences and school events
• Contribute to exam preparation and enrichment activities
• Uphold the school's academic and ethical standards in classroom and co-curricular work

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience delivering the OLevels curriculum
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject specialization
• Experience in classroom management and student assessment, including mixed-ability groups
• Commitment to ethical, values-based learning in line with the school's mission
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school system and adapt to established policies

• Proficiency in lesson planning and training to design structured, outcome-focused learning
