Supervising Associate - Learning & Development (Tax Nearshore)

About the role

EY is hiring a Supervising Associate for its MENA Tax Learning & Development team in Karachi. You will support onboarding, capability building and learning delivery for Pakistan Nearshore, working closely with regional stakeholders to align nearshore needs with MENA Tax L&D strategy and contribute to scalable learning solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, transition and upskilling of Pakistan Nearshore new hires to meet MENA Tax GCC requirements
• Work with MENA Tax L&D to include nearshore requirements in the Global Development Program
• Coordinate and deliver localized technical Tax training with Nearshore Delivery Leaders and SSLs
• Adapt global learning content to nearshore needs and MENA Tax priorities
• Help design and deliver soft skills programs such as communication, stakeholder management and client readiness
• Support embedding of AI, automation and technology-enabled learning approaches
• Act as the main L&D contact for Pakistan Nearshore and track learning effectiveness and feedback
• Contribute to the MENA Tax annual learning plan and broader MENA Tax L&D initiatives
• Help plan and run L&D events in Pakistan and collaborate with the wider MENA Tax learning team during peak cycles

Required profile

• Ideally experience in L&D, talent development or training coordination within a professional services environment
• Familiarity with Tax or consulting business environments
• Exposure to regional or multi-country stakeholder management
• Interest in digital learning, AI and future-focused capability building
