About the role

Foundation Public School (FPS), a private O and A Level institution founded in 1981, is hiring a full-time, on-site Teacher in Pakistan. The teacher plans, prepares and delivers lessons in line with the school's curriculum and academic standards, and works within a community of teachers, parents and students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain an engaging classroom environment and support diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with colleagues and take part in training and professional development
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Contribute to school events and co-curricular activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject; a teaching certification or diploma is an advantage
• Demonstrated classroom experience and ability to manage diverse groups of learners
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching

Required skills

• Strong teaching and education skills, with a solid understanding of O and A Level curriculum requirements
• Effective lesson planning and training skills
• Excellent communication skills for instruction, staff collaboration and parent engagement
• Organizational skills and basic educational technology proficiency
