Online Research and Lead Generation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Online Research and Lead Generation Executive to join our on‑site team in Lahore. The position supports lead generation, recruitment resourcing, data management and digital‑marketing projects. Training will be provided to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct web‑based research to identify prospects and candidates using advanced search strings and keywords.
• Source leads and candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn and online directories.
• Format, review and standardise CVs/resumes according to client or internal guidelines.
• Perform accurate data entry, cleansing, validation and formatting for leads, candidates and research datasets.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, Excel spreadsheets and database records.
• Organise and analyse collected data into required formats and document findings clearly.
• Support digital‑marketing, online and market‑research tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong internet research skills, including use of advanced search operators.
• Good written and reading English with clear reporting ability.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn basic digital‑marketing concepts and recruitment techniques.
