Online Sales Specialist

About the role

The Online Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore, responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. You will interact with customers through digital platforms, guide them through the buying process, and ensure accurate product listings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via online channels and provide product information.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on e‑commerce platforms.
• Execute online sales campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Handle basic customer issues and participate in training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across online channels.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert inquiries into orders.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing practices to support promotions.
• Prior experience in online or retail sales is preferred; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
