On‑Site Night Shift Limo Dispatcher (English Required)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore involves dispatching limousine rides during the night shift. You will coordinate real‑time trip schedules, assign rides to drivers, and communicate with both drivers and customers in English to ensure accurate and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming ride requests and update booking information.
• Assign and schedule limo rides, managing real‑time trip itineraries.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to confirm details and resolve any issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Maintain detailed records of trips and follow company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, customer‑centered transportation support.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts on‑site with reliability and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, call centre, or customer support is preferred.
• Team‑oriented attitude with initiative and adherence to established procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispatch software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic computer literacy for managing bookings, schedules, and reports.
