About the role

YourPower Labs is expanding its operations and seeks an Operations & Delivery Manager to lead solar roof data projects for the UK market, managing client relationships and an annotation team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UK client communication and expectations
• Lead and coordinate the solar roof annotation team
• Plan projects, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines
• Oversee quality assurance and final deliverables
• Track team productivity and operational performance
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows
• Ensure accurate and on-time client delivery
• Report progress, risks, and results to leadership

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client delivery
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Experience handling international clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
