Operations Manager – Fast‑Food Restaurant

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily restaurant activities for Cultureal Foods in Lahore, covering takeaway, delivery, and car‑dine‑in services. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth operations, high food quality, and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage staff schedules for front‑ and back‑of‑house teams.
• Supervise daily service, maintaining consistent food quality and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and control costs.
• Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Report performance metrics and support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on process enhancements and growth projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting.
• Understanding of local food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant education in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
