Operations Manager Security Services

About the role

The Operations Manager Security Services will lead daily security operations for logistics and supply‑chain activities at SLGTrax. Based on‑site in Islamabad, the role ensures the safety of assets, personnel and facilities while supporting continuous improvement of security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across logistics and supply‑chain functions.
• Plan, coordinate and deploy security resources and monitor incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant security standards.
• Supervise security teams and external vendors, conducting risk assessments and implementing preventive measures.
• Collaborate with operations, technology and client teams to maintain service quality and support investigations.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing security operations in a private security company.
• Background in the Armed Forces.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate security teams and coordinate with external partners.
• Strong understanding of security policies, SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad with a flexible, hands‑on approach.
