Operations Manager – Service Areas

About the role

Petrosin Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple service area facilities, including restaurants, retail outlets, and fuel stations. The role is remote and focuses on maintaining high standards across maintenance, security, customer service, landscaping, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of restaurants, retail outlets, fuel stations, and other service area facilities.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of up to 100 staff members.
• Oversee maintenance, security, landscaping, and cleanliness to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with tenants and service providers to support operational needs.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Handle administrative tasks related to staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Address customer service issues promptly and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and develop staff for skill enhancement and career growth.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience managing multi‑site service area operations.
• Proven leadership ability to manage large teams and achieve operational targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver excellent service and financial results.
