Order Management Specialist – Returns

About the role

Motive is seeking an Order Management Specialist focused on returns to ensure accurate and timely processing of return requests. The role supports cross‑functional teams and helps improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage return requests from initiation through resolution, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Validate return eligibility by reviewing customer accounts, orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, credits, replacements, and account updates.
• Maintain records in business systems and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor return activity, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in order management, returns operations, billing or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high‑volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, billing or order management systems.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
