Organic Social Media Growth Expert (Remote)

About the role

Smart AI Marketing Lab is a remote-first AI marketing agency offering AI marketing services, AI automation and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) for startups, e-commerce brands and tech companies. It is hiring a full-time Organic Social Media Growth Expert to run organic growth on several platforms, with no paid ads, bots or fake followers. The role is remote, with a morning shift, and pays USD 1,000-2,000 per month depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic growth across Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn, covering strategy, content, community and reporting in each platform's native format.
• Plan and publish daily content, including daily short-form video (Reels/Shorts) that teaches and builds trust rather than just promotes.
• Build community by replying to comments and messages, connecting with real people and starting conversations.
• Study competitors and relevant content weekly, then apply what works.
• Track growth, reach, engagement and leads honestly and report them; success is measured by the right audience and real engagement, not follower count.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in organic social media growth, ideally with international clients, backed by proof of growth.
• 2+ years running social media accounts with measurable organic growth.
• Proficient spoken and written English, written clearly and professionally.
• Own laptop and a stable, reliable internet connection, available for online meetings and regular updates.

Required skills

• Canva and CapCut for content creation
• Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools (or equivalents)
• Familiarity with AI marketing and AI search (AEO/GEO)
• Community management and short-form video

What we offer

• Salary of USD 1,000-2,000 per month, openly negotiable based on experience and expertise
• Fully remote work from anywhere
• A professional team, real clients and a growing agency
