Outbound Calling Agent (Sales Executive)

About the role

ABS International, a company in the US logistics and transportation industry, is hiring an outbound calling agent (sales executive) in Karachi. The role is on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, and focuses on building lasting client relationships rather than traditional call center work. The shift runs from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients in the US logistics market.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Onboard new clients and develop existing accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain professional communication and follow up with clients.
• Achieve sustainable sales performance while delivering excellent client service.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken English.
• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in BPO, international calling, sales or customer service is preferred; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Ability to work on-site during the specified shift.
