Outbound Calling Executive (US Night Shift)

About the role

ABS International, a US principal established in 2009, is hiring Sales Executives for its night-shift US-facing team at its Gulistan-e-Johar office in Karachi. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position covering the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift, Monday through Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US-based customers through structured outbound calls, building relationships and managing follow-ups.
• Closing opportunities with people who already have a connection to the brand; no cold lists and no scripted pitches.
• Own your own pipeline without supervision.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English, as you will speak with US customers every working day.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO or call center operations is strongly preferred.
• Fresh candidates with exceptional English and a proven aptitude for sales will also be considered.
• Full availability for the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift, Monday through Saturday, is essential.
