Outbound Calling Representative

About the role

ABS International is hiring outbound sales representatives for a US‑facing night‑shift team. You will engage US customers through structured outbound calls, building relationships and closing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US‑based customers who already have a connection to the brand.
• Build relationships and manage follow‑ups with prospects.
• Close sales opportunities and generate revenue.
• Maintain accurate records in the US CRM and dialer tools.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO or call‑center operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self‑directed, commercially driven and comfortable managing your own pipeline.
• Full availability for the 6 PM – 2 AM shift, Monday through Saturday.
