Outbound Deal Hunter – Business Development in Trading & Fintech

About the role

Join PSI Square, a Lahore‑based software agency specializing in algorithmic trading, AI, and custom digital products. As an Outbound Deal Hunter you will own the outbound pipeline for a specific niche, turning initial contacts into signed deals while receiving hands‑on B2B sales training.

Key responsibilities

• Build and qualify at least 30 new leads daily in your niche.
• Write personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages without using templates.
• Manage outreach across three LinkedIn accounts, book calls, and help push proposals to close.
• Maintain a clean CRM and report numbers honestly each week.
• Provide feedback on what’s working and what isn’t to refine the offer quickly.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing or any client‑facing role (internships count).
• Strong written English; messages must read as if written by a person.
• Curious, research‑oriented, and comfortable using LinkedIn and email (or willing to learn fast).
• Self‑driven and able to hit daily targets without being chased.
• Interest in trading, fintech or AI is a plus, but not required.
