Remote Sales Executive

About the role

The Remote Sales Executive will drive business growth for China-to-Pakistan logistics services, handling lead generation, client outreach, and solution presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, reach out to potential and existing customers.
• Present tailored freight and DDP solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Close deals in coordination with operations and customer support teams.
• Provide clear communication on shipment status and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and gather market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and international trade, especially China‑to‑Pakistan shipping and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging importers, wholesalers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking software.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in logistics, courier services, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional trade languages a plus.
