About the role
ABS International is hiring an Outbound Sales Agent (Service Sales Executive) in its US logistics and transportation business, based in Johar Block 14, Karachi. You will build and manage long-term client relationships, onboard clients and grow accounts, earning commission that compounds as your client base grows. The work is relationship-driven, not scripted, high-pressure calling.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships in the US logistics space
- Onboard new clients and grow existing accounts
- Earn commission on the revenue you generate
What we offer
- Base salary depending on experience, plus a PKR 3,000 attendance allowance
- Commission as a percentage of monthly revenue you generate
- Daily cash rewards based on daily performance; total earning potential of PKR 200,000+ per month
- 15 days fully paid annual leave
- Two shift options, including 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- 1-month probation period
