Sales Consultant - Pre-owned Vehicles (Karachi)

About the role

Autocom Japan Inc., a pre-owned automotive exporter based in Yokohama, Japan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant in Karachi for local candidates only. The consultant handles inbound and outbound sales inquiries, identifies customer needs and recommends suitable pre-owned vehicles from the company's inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients and prepare quotations
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with internal teams so orders are processed and shipped on time
• Nurture long-term relationships to maximise customer satisfaction
• Manage documentation related to international vehicle exports and update sales records in company systems
• Monitor market trends, support promotional activities and meet defined sales targets

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales consulting skills and strong customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and global vehicle export processes is an advantage
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced sales environment and meet performance targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience considered
• Fluency in English
