About the role

We are seeking a motivated Residential Solar Sales Representative to drive our U.S. residential solar business from Karachi. You will engage prospective homeowners, present tailored solar proposals, and guide them through financing options while working on U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S. residential prospects, qualify leads based on usage, property suitability, and interest.
Present detailed solar proposals, explain system size, production estimates, equipment, savings, and pricing.
Explain financing and incentive options, address objections, and schedule appointments.
Achieve sales and appointment targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with design and project teams.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or solar sales.
Experience with U.S. customers or market is an advantage.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
