About the role
ExDimension Inc is seeking a motivated Outbound Telesales Representative to generate new business through cold calling. The role focuses on engaging potential customers, managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and promote products.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Explain product benefits, address questions and overcome objections.
- Track all customer interactions and follow‑ups in spreadsheets and online tools.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- At least two years of outbound sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset with good organizational skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience using online sales platforms and digital channels.
