Padel Club Manager – Sales and Operations

About the role

The Amanah group of companies seeks an experienced Padel Club Manager to lead sales and daily operations of its Lahore club. The role combines revenue generation with ensuring smooth club functionality and exceptional member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of five staff members.
• Oversee daily club operations, resolve operational issues promptly, and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Plan, organize and execute club events, promotions and member engagement activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and enhance club visibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and club policies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, marketing, sports club management, hospitality or operations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
• Sales‑driven mindset capable of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in padel, tennis, gyms or premium hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
