About the role

EdgeEdge, an AI‑native healthcare staffing company, is looking for a People Excellence Associate to support day‑to‑day people operations, employee experience, and internal coordination. This entry‑level position offers high ownership and fast‑paced execution, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, and ongoing HR support for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes across all departments, including documentation, system access, and HR workflow steps.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, updating internal systems as needed.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies, processes, and support requests, and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to execute people processes and keep documentation up to date.
• Support compliance documentation, internal audits, and scheduling/coordination tasks.
• Follow defined HR processes with high accuracy, identify workflow gaps, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 12+ months experience in HR, People Operations, administration, customer support, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with HR information systems and employee lifecycle management.
