Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support rapid growth.
• Develop and execute initiatives that reinforce a high‑accountability, results‑oriented culture.
• Manage performance reviews and real‑time feedback loops.
• Oversee HR operations, streamline onboarding, performance tracking and internal workflows.
• Implement data‑driven recruitment strategies and continuous improvement metrics.
• Design and maintain SOPs, KPIs and automation tools to eliminate bottlenecks.
