Human Resources Manager – Tech

About the role

You’ll own and improve the Human Resources – People function from end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and performance management to employee relations, payroll and workplace culture, acting as a trusted HR partner to senior leadership. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and meaningful progression as the business and the People function continue to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmations and the full employee lifecycle.
• Oversee performance management, employee development and coaching for department managers.
• Handle employee relations, policies, attendance, leave and maintain professional workplace standards.
• Confirm monthly payroll and ensure accurate people data in partnership with Finance.
• Drive employee engagement, internal communication, recognition, events and office culture.
• Maintain HR systems, reporting, documentation and compliance with Pakistani employment practices.
• Supervise office operations, maintenance, suppliers and day‑to‑day employee experience.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive, broad HR or People experience with hands‑on ownership.
• Proven track record of improving HR standards in a fast‑moving office environment.
• Strong capability across recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Confidence to advise, coach and professionally challenge managers.
• Deep understanding of Pakistani employment law and workplace compliance.
• Excellent English communication, judgement, discretion and organizational skills.
• Commercial mindset, empathy and willingness to stay close to execution.
