People Operations Specialist

About the role

Everis is seeking a People Operations Specialist to help build and maintain the internal systems that enable a fast‑growing remote technology company to operate smoothly. This is an entry‑level, remote position ideal for a highly motivated individual who wants to develop a career in operations, HR, or company building.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal tools, accounts, calendars, hiring systems, and team processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee, contractor, payroll, leave, and policy records.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, tool access, introductions, and training materials.
• Create and maintain simple documentation, checklists, SOPs, onboarding guides, and internal process notes.
• Administer tool access across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, GitHub, Figma, HubSpot, Stripe, password managers, AI tools, and other software.
• Support founders, team members, candidates, and external partners with scheduling, follow‑ups, and administrative tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to draft documentation, summarize information, create templates, and improve recurring workflows.

• Quick learner with strong communication skills.

• Strong interest in operations, administration, people coordination, and systems.
