People Partner (Total Rewards)

About the role

The People Partner (Total Rewards) will partner with leaders and team members to ensure fair, consistent, and high‑quality performance management and compensation outcomes. You will own appraisal cycles, lead difficult conversations with empathy, and use data‑driven insights to shape people effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual and bi‑annual performance review cycles, including feedback, calibration and final decisions.
• Partner with leadership to ensure performance decisions align with competency frameworks and are equitable.
• Drive competency mapping, talent profiling, succession planning and identify high performers and development gaps.
• Support managers with performance improvement plans, coaching and documentation.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, leading sensitive conversations and maintaining psychological safety.
• Facilitate conflict resolution, escalation management and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking, internal parity checks, pay‑equity analysis and salary review cycles.
• Use HRIS, Power BI and Tableau to automate reporting, track key performance and engagement trends, and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a tech environment.
• Proven ability to own appraisal cycles and handle high‑stakes conversations with confidence and empathy.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams and leadership.
• High discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive cases.
