People Success Manager

About the role

Integriti is looking for a People Success Manager to be the heartbeat of the employee experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for staff, championing a supportive culture while managing the operational backbone of HR.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a visible, trusted presence for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Protect and elevate company culture by identifying improvement areas and leading engagement initiatives.
• Own day‑to‑day HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR system maintenance.
• Manage the lifecycle and compliance of the Canada‑based contractor workforce.
• Administer benefits end‑to‑end, coordinate with vendors, and advocate for employee understanding.
• Support managers with employee‑related issues such as performance, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure HR practices are fair, consistent, and compliant with applicable employment law.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Experience managing contractor relationships, preferably in Canada.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong empathy, discretion, and sound judgment in handling employee matters.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and contractor classification is a strong plus.
