Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and results‑driven Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Develop platform‑specific strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, conversions and ROAS.
• Manage budgets while optimising targeting, creatives, bidding strategies and conversion rates.
• Analyse data, conduct A/B tests and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance and digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and implement improvements.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional committed to continuous improvement.
