Performance Marketer (Meta Ads + Creative Strategy)

About the role

Superhuman AI runs one of the world's largest AI newsletters, with 1M+ readers and revenue that has doubled every year for 3 years. This role runs Meta ads for the newsletters: building campaigns, writing the copy, owning the creative strategy, reading the data and scaling what works. You will be trained directly by the Head of Marketing, who manages $300K+ per month in spend across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own Meta campaigns end to end: structure, budgets, creative testing and scaling
• Write ad copy daily, including hooks, scripts and statics; copy is half the job
• Decide the angles, formats and hooks to test, brief designers and editors, build testing matrices and spot creative fatigue early
• Optimize for lead quality rather than cheap cost-per-lead, tracking subscriber actions after signup
• Ship ads daily, not weekly

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta ads experience
• Managed $50K+ per month on a single ad account yourself
• Proven creative strategy experience: deciding what creatives get made, not just launching what was handed to you
• A swipe file of saved ads
• Writing copy as a core part of your job, with proof
• Big plus: experience with AI products, app studios, consumer apps or newsletters
