Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

The Performance Marketing Executive will drive digital commerce for the TLC USA brand, managing the Shopify store and leading paid media efforts across multiple markets. This role combines e‑commerce operations, performance advertising, and email automation to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the TLC USA Shopify store – products, pricing, collections, discounts, markets, shipping, and site QA.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat advertising campaigns for US, Pakistan and UAE markets.
• Run Brevo (or Klaviyo/Mailchimp) email campaigns, set up automation flows and maintain Google Merchant Center feeds.
• Coordinate fulfillment, returns, customer queries and creative assets while delivering weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of performance marketing experience, especially Meta and TikTok ads.
• Strong English communication skills and availability to work evening hours aligned with US time zones.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify Admin and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Brevo or Mailchimp).
