Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate growth for our UK‑based businesses. Working remotely, you will design, execute and optimise paid social campaigns while generating high‑quality leads across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Generate high‑quality leads for UK‑focused businesses.
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads to improve return on investment.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page SEO strategies.
• Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and schedule engaging social‑media content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and track conversions, leads and marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital‑marketing experience.
• Proven expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram (Meta) Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead‑generation tactics.
• Experience with SEO, keyword research, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and social‑media content scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
