Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

The Performance Marketing Lead will drive acquisition, conversion and revenue growth by planning, executing and continuously optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests and experiments, and adjust bids and budgets to improve ROI.
• Monitor and refine conversion funnels, attribution models and overall funnel performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives and present performance insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and help standardise performance processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and data‑analysis capabilities to interpret metrics and identify trends.
• Experience in performance management, goal setting and KPI monitoring across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in performance testing, including A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
• Relevant experience in growth or performance marketing roles, preferably with a focus on conversion funnels and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi and thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
