Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid‑media campaigns for our clients across multiple platforms. Your expertise in PPC will drive performance, improve ROI and help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, set bids and allocate budgets for each campaign.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to boost click‑through rates, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and other elements to identify winning variations.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, generate regular performance reports and present insights to clients.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and content creators to align creative assets with campaign goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably for eCommerce or services clients.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
