Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

About the role

WYOX Sports is a fast‑growing eCommerce brand that sells sports and fitness products across major US marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop and eBay. We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid media efforts, focusing on Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing.
• Increase ROAS while reducing CPA and maximising revenue.
• Build and refine audience targeting, retargeting and look‑alike strategies.
• Monitor performance, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor and market analysis.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high‑converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Test, analyse and scale successful campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns targeting the USA market.
• Experience with eCommerce brands is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
