About the role
Join Lakhani Builders' marketing team to drive buyer discovery for luxury real‑estate projects through paid channels. You will turn ad spend into qualified enquiries, site visits and bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube.
- Manage budgets and keep cost‑per‑qualified‑lead on target.
- Test audiences, landing pages and creatives.
- Set up conversion tracking and generate CRM‑linked performance reports.
- Provide clear weekly and monthly reports to sales and leadership.
Required profile
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Proven lead‑generation experience in Karachi real‑estate.
- Demonstrated success with high‑ticket buyers and ability to filter serious enquiries.
Required skills
- Meta Business Manager.
- Google Ads.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
