Personal Assistant

About the role

FOMZE is a Windows VPS and RDP hosting company based in Multan, Pakistan, with customers in the USA, UK, Europe and Asia. It is looking for an organized, trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the founder and the day-to-day running of the business, so the founder can focus on growth. No technical background is needed; full training is provided.

The position is part-time, 5 to 6 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, in the Multan office, with exact timings agreed with the candidate (for example 11:00 am to 5:00 pm). The salary is Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month depending on experience, paid on time every month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the founder's calendar, reminders, calls and follow-ups
• Organize emails and WhatsApp messages, reply to routine questions in English and flag what is urgent
• Help with first-line customer support: read incoming messages and tickets, reply politely and pass technical issues to the right person
• Check customer payment proofs (bank transfers) and record them accurately
• Keep customer, order and payment records tidy in the dashboard and spreadsheets
• Prepare documents, simple reports and meeting notes
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners by email or message

Required profile

• Clear written and spoken English (main requirement)
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and Google Docs, Sheets or Microsoft Office
• Organized, punctual and careful with details and numbers
• Honest and discreet, as customer information and payment details will be seen
• Able to work on-site in Multan and follow instructions well
• Willingness to learn; fresh graduates are welcome
• Nice to have: assistant, customer support or office experience, and Urdu in addition to English
