Personal Brand Growth Operator – In‑Office (Islamabad)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Personal Brand Growth Operator to elevate our founder’s presence in the US fitness coaching and med‑spa marketing space on LinkedIn and Instagram. Working on‑site at our Islamabad office, you will own the end‑to‑end content operation, turning the founder’s recordings into compelling, high‑performing posts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full content strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Write scripts, direct filming, and guide on‑camera performance.
• Edit video footage using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Create carousel posts and graphics with Canva Pro.
• Write engaging copy, including hooks, captions, and calls‑to‑action.
• Schedule and publish content, monitor performance, and drive audience engagement.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating content created for a real person or brand.
• Strong video editing abilities (CapCut or Premiere).
• Experience designing carousel graphics (Canva Pro).
• Excellent English copywriting skills.
• Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad.
