About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication therapy management and safety monitoring. The role involves reviewing prescriptions, advising patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and execute physician prescriptions, confirming appropriateness and legality.
• Provide medication therapy management and safety monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Offer expert advice to patients on medication use, side effects, and storage.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient adherence and deliver counseling as needed.
• Conduct medication histories and assess drug utilization patterns.
• Manage prescription and non‑prescription orders, including refills.
• Utilize digital healthcare systems for efficient pharmacy operations.
• Document and communicate consultation outcomes to the care team.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license in the practicing state.
• 3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
• Participation in ongoing education and professional development.
