About the role

Try Soft AI is looking for a highly qualified Physicist‑ML Core and AI Researcher to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions for medical physics applications. This onsite position in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, will bridge cutting‑edge research with production‑grade software.

Key responsibilities

Design, train, tune, and deploy machine‑learning and deep‑learning models for radiation treatment planning and clinical decision support.
Translate advanced AI research into scalable, maintainable production pipelines.
Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using FastAPI, Node.js (Express/NestJS) and integrate them with front‑end frameworks.
Build and optimise data pipelines, ETL processes, and data‑warehousing solutions.
Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype, test, and commercialise AI‑driven products.

Required profile

Strong foundation in Physics or Medical Physics with ability to apply concepts to AI/ML problems.
Master’s or PhD in Physics, Medical Physics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in radiation and treatment‑planning concepts, preferably in modelling or clinical decision support.
Proven track record in research and development, including experimental design, data analysis, and prototype‑to‑product workflows.
Publications or patents in AI or physics‑related domains are a plus.
