Principal DevOps Engineer

About the role

CureMD is looking for a visionary Principal DevOps Engineer to define and drive the architecture, strategy, and execution of its DevOps infrastructure. You will shape CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure provisioning for a large‑scale, mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise‑scale DevOps solutions aligned with business goals.
• Define and execute the roadmap for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code across all environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and related tools.
• Establish best practices for performance, monitoring, and security.
• Act as technical advisor during critical incidents and post‑mortem reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging DevOps tools.
• Mentor senior DevOps engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience with cloud architecture and automation.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
