Principal Full Stack Engineer (Java & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The role combines backend Java development with frontend React work, ensuring end‑to‑end functionality and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement robust RESTful and SOAP APIs and micro‑services for integration.
• Contribute to React JS frontend development and build integrated UI components.
• Handle data interchange using JSON and XML, including serialization/deserialization.
• Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to produce maintainable code.
• Implement encryption/decryption mechanisms (AES, RSA, TLS) for data security.
• Oversee production deployments with zero‑downtime strategies and rollback mechanisms.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) with automated testing.
• Design database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and optionally NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (Java 11 or later) and Spring ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with React JS for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
• Fluent and effective communication in English.
