Principal Full Stack Engineer (Java & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java and React. The role involves leading the architecture of backend services and frontend applications while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend applications with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and microservices.
• Contribute to frontend development using React JS to deliver integrated end‑to‑end solutions.
• Handle data interchange and serialization using JSON and XML.
• Apply design patterns and architectural best practices; conduct design reviews.
• Implement encryption/decryption mechanisms (AES, RSA, TLS) and ensure secure communication.
• Oversee production deployments, zero‑downtime releases, and rollback strategies.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Develop database schemas, write optimized queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle; experience with MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis is a plus.
• Ensure proper HTTP/HTTPS usage, status codes, and methods.
• Implement unit, integration, and functional testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams; mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent and effective communication in English.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.
