About the role

The Procurement & Finance Coordination Executive will support the finance department by managing end‑to‑end procurement, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth payment and cost‑control processes. This role bridges the gap between purchasing activities and financial operations, requiring strong follow‑up and negotiation abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full procurement cycle, source vendors, obtain competitive quotations, and align purchases with approved budgets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining cost‑effective vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the finance team on payment cycles, approvals, and ensure accurate documentation for invoices and purchase records.
• Track budgets, monitor costs, and assist in cost‑control initiatives.
• Follow up on pending payments, support recovery tracking, and resolve discrepancies between vendors and finance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and enforce financial discipline in procurement decisions.

Required profile

• Background in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business (experience may substitute formal education).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance coordination, or related functions.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with vendors and internal finance teams.
• Proactive follow‑up and accountability mindset.
